After seven years of a career as one of the most recognized djs in the Mexican scene, with the intention of creating a unique sound, breaking the barriers of the traditional, dj imix (Francisco Orozco) decides to go into the studio to form a unique project of name "Crank" developing intelligent melodies, rhythms, creating specific and unique sounds, with a high range of quality and engineering.  Melodies with a high harmonic level, breaking traditional schemes are one of the most representative things of Crank . 

In 2012, he released his debut EP entitled “Underdome”, with the Spanish label Ibidelyc Recordings, describing this work as the first test, obtaining record sales and placing this EP among the top five releases on the Beatport platform. 

One year later Crank signs three EPs with the international Israeli label DNA Records, releasing three Eps in different years "Spiritual Answers EP "Time To Get Serious" & "Intelligent Machines" demonstrating quality in each of them, working hand in hand with artists like & Lamat to name a few. 

In March 2016 he releases an EP called "Psychedelic Adventures" with the Planet B.E.N Records label which was released in 2016. 

Crank Biography 

From the year 2017 Francisco Orozco Crank decides to enter the Studio for a long time, in order to increase the quality of audio in his music, and likewise, to be able to provide a more solid work musically and in quality, seeking to mature his sound. and his musical idea.  In that same year he also formed The Soul Movers with his great friend and colleague Jorge Peñaloza Rodriguez, releasing a couple of releases as The Soul Movers with the label Zoo Music and UP Records. 

From this moment in the year 2021, the focus and work matures, generating a more solid production every day, showing it in each of his tracks, calling attention to his unique style within the World Psytrance.  Also in the year 2021, Crank releases a single called Rutemburg exclusively for his Bandcamp platform, making clear a totally unique style and showing that maturity that he has been looking for so much. 

In the year 2022 Crank joins with great pride the International Label "Sculpted Sounds", working hand in hand with Dj Paradigm and many other artists, now belonging to this great label, which he mentions as a "Great family" working with great focus. and maturity day by day, hoping to be able to contribute to the world the best of himself, through his music!
